It is hard to control our emotions at times, which makes us feel out of control. Here are a few tips to help you get through these times:
- Take deep breaths, and repeat at least 7 times
- Start naming things around your room
- Think of 5 things that are positive about yourself
- Think of 5 things you are grateful for in your life
- Play calming music
